Duties

If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team responsible for managing the finances of the U.S. Attorney's Office. The incumbent will provide technical assistance by serving as a point of contact for purchase card obligations and reconciliation, assist with processing invoices, and serve as the Transit Coordinator in the transit subsidy program.

Typical work assignments at the full performance level will include:

• Managing purchase card obligations and reconciliation
• Processing invoices
• Serving as the Transit Coordinator for the transit subsidy program

Requirements

• You must be a U.S. Citizen or National
• Initial appointment is conditioned upon a satisfactory pre-employment adjudication, including fingerprint, credit, tax checks, and drug testing. Continued employment is subject to a favorable background investigation
• You must be registered for Selective Service, if applicable
• If selected, you may be required to complete a one-year probationary period
• You must meet all qualification requirements upon the closing date of this announcement
