Credentialing Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our healthcare client to hire a Credentialing Specialist. This position will be 100% onsite in the Scottsdale area and will be a full-time, contract opportunity. 

This position will focus on updating provider credentials and working with payers to ensure contracts are up to date, as well as following up to check the status of payer applications, and managing payer relations. Interested candidates must have high attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize deadlines. 

Requirements 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2 years credentialing/provider enrollment experience 
  • Ability to work within multiple software systems including Microsoft Office and EMR Systems
Skills 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate both over the phone and in-person 
  • Knowledge of commercial and government payers (including AHCCCS) 
  • Strong ability to multitask and remain organized throughout the day 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
