Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Painters for projects located in and around Sheboygan Falls, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $25-30/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Mix and prepare three-part paints to proper ratios
Operate and maintain HVLP spray guns for parts and structural painting
Perform surface prep, including washing, taping, and loading parts for painting
Maintain and operate gun washer, recycling still, and paint reclaim systems
Track paint usage, maintain required records, and complete related paperwork
Keep paint and supply inventory stocked; place orders as needed
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of all painting equipment
Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
Proven industrial painting experience
Skilled in mixing and applying multi-part coatings
Proficiency with HVLP spray guns, gun washers, and paint recycling systems
Strong organizational skills for inventory and record-keeping
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
