**$3.00 per hour Shift Differential on top of your base pay if you work the majority of your shift after 5:00 pm**

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly? We’re looking for a Kitting Set-Up Specialist to join our team!

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for locating and setting up all components needed to run Kitting and Hand Finishing projects — including printed materials, hardware, cartons, tape, magnets, and more — based on job ticket requirements. Your work will ensure each project is ready for production, and you’ll play a critical part in helping the team transition smoothly and efficiently from one job to the next.

Shift available: Monday through Thursday 3:30 pm – 2:00 am

A variety of these traits will help land you this job. If you have:

• a high school diploma or equivalent GED
• basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience working as a Kitting Operator
• experience in the printing industry

On top of that you must:

• have a strong attention to detail for accuracy
• work well with others in a team environment
• be accountable and does whatever it takes to get the job done
• be able to efficiently work in a fast paced environment for maximum output of work
• be able to continuously lift up to 50 pounds during the shift
• stand and walk up to eight-ten hours per day in a production setting

In this position you'll:

• review the daily, master schedule to identify job requirements for the day
• analyze job ticket and shipping distribution spreadsheet (distro) to determine what components (printed and supplied materials) are required to complete the project
• locate all required materials for the project or alert Production Manager if product is not yet received/produced for the project
• stage all job components to the assigned Kitting/Hand Finishing lines
• scan product to the Kitting line for tracking purposes in ePace
• setup all components on tables, skids, belts, etc. for the line to run smoothly and efficiently
• organize and clean up all excess materials. This includes consolidating pallets, tagging extra materials, and disposing of job waste
• move excess materials (overs) to the racking area. Monitor scrap and material overages, and dispose of when expired
• perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by management

Compensation Range: $43,160 - $50,024 annually (This base pay range does not include additional compensation such as shift differentials).
