The Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Content Specialist who lives and breathes marketing trends, understands how to engage modern audiences, and can produce scroll-stopping content across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a dynamic, self-driven marketer with a strong grasp of the marketing mix, social media strategy, and a creative edge for content creation, especially video.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Video Production
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce compelling short-form and long-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Develop visually appealing marketing assets to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Build and manage a robust social media calendar aligned with brand campaigns.
  • Monitor social trends and adapt strategies to increase brand engagement and visibility.
  • Engage with the community and respond to comments/messages as part of the brand voice.
  • Campaign Development
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns using the full marketing mix (digital, content, partnerships, influencer, and email marketing).
  • Collaborate with product, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and use data to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Present performance insights and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or social media role.
  • Proven skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of current digital and social media trends.
  • Experience managing and growing brand social media accounts.
  • A modern understanding of the marketing mix and brand-building tactics.
  • Creative thinking with a strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with photography or graphic design.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or fitness industry trends.
  • Knowledge of paid media or influencer marketing.
