A growing company in the Cape Coral area is seeking a dedicated and energetic candidate for a Payroll Specialist position. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have a strong attention to detail, and be a team player.

Responsibilities:

• Administer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll
• Apply provisions of Collective Bargaining Agreements to payroll calculations
• Verify timesheets, overtime, and related documentation
• Set up and maintain payroll files
• Compile internal payroll reports and administer payroll info to employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of payroll experience
• Union payroll experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Ability to work effectively with large amounts of data
• Knowledge of Paylocity and IFS a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 - $60,000/yr
