Diversify Advisor Network is hiring for a part-time or full-time Portfolio Analyst internship. This position is perfect for a junior or senior college student seeking a career in investments.

The position sits at the intersection of portfolio construction, investment strategy, and data management. This internship offers a valuable chance to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our goal is to transition successful interns into full-time roles. This is an in-office position in our Sandy, Utah headquarters.

Your Impact:

• Portfolio Analysis: Analyze portfolios of current and prospective clients. Using information provided by Advisors, create tailored, multi-asset-class investment proposals that align with a clients goals, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
• Portfolio Construction: Develop a deep understanding of Diversifys investment platform, including internal and external equity, fixed income, and alternative investment strategies. Learn to combine asset classes and investment strategies to meet the portfolio needs of clients.
• Material Maintenance: Create and maintain internal (Advisor facing) and external (client facing) documents.
• Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows. Proactively seek ways to improve the teams processes.
• Investment Research: Use data from Morningstar, YCharts, and other tools to assist the teams Portfolio Managers and Chief Investment Officer in conducting investment research and perform ad-hoc portfolio management projects.

Who You Are:

• Pursuing a bachelors degree in finance, economics, accounting, financial planning, math, statistics or a related field is preferred.
• A thirst for knowledge and a drive for excellence.

Your Toolkit:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and other data analytic capabilities.

• Attention to Detail: Extremely detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and an ownership mentality in the quality of your work.
