Maryland Real Estate Agent – Full-Time – Company-Provided Appointments

EmpowerHome Team is seeking motivated, licensed real estate agents in Maryland who are ready to take their business to the next level. Our Inside Sales Agent (ISA) team generates and pre-qualifies leads for you — so you can focus 100% on meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals.

• Meet with qualified buyers and sellers from company-provided appointments.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process with professionalism and expertise.
• Use the provided scripts and training to convert appointments into signed agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and manage offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
• Collaborate with our admin and marketing teams to keep transactions on track.
• Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to continually sharpen your skills.

• Active Maryland Real Estate License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems

Compensation

• Commission-based (full-time agents following our system can earn $100,000 - $300,000+)
• Upside on Earnings
