Job Description

Join a leading global entertainment company as a key player in their social media marketing team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape how audiences engage with entertainment, crafting innovative social-first content that captures attention and drives conversation. Partnering with creative and marketing teams, you’ll be at the forefront of developing dynamic campaigns that resonate with current trends and amplify the brand’s voice across multiple platforms.

As an Associate Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Manage social media presence for specific content categories and evergreen campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic social media plans, from research and ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to produce engaging social campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Oversee social media campaigns for specific titles, from production to launch, including creative asset development and delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate social media into trending cultural conversations.
  • Generate innovative social content experiences.
  • Use creative judgment to develop captivating campaigns that maximize audience engagement.
  • Analyze data to optimize content performance and inform strategic decisions.

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Highly driven, accountable, and proactive

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Creative background
  • Experience with Outlook, Airtable, and Google Suite

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.75 to $51.95 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
